Playing hits Banana Pancakes and Better Together among a lineup of other bops, Johnson joked with the packed venue about potentially forgetting his own lyrics as he went on to seemingly sing every song word for word. Wearing his signature flip flops and armed with his laid back persona, the artist perfectly complemented the vibe of his surf rock songs.

Active in environmentalism and sustainability, Johnson has launched a fan engagement campaign on this tour, encouraging fans to create global change by choosing recyclable water bottles, biking instead of driving and donating to charities in exchange for a chance to win prizes.
