Set in one of halls at Old Town School of Folk Music, The Brother Brothers opened for Don Flemons and brought some calm to the end of a long work week.
Despite the fact that the band only as 2 members, their music never sounded dull or hollow. Between the cello, fiddle, guitar, and their perfectly harmonized singing, the sound was warm, serene, and the perfect music to help calm a busy mind. Despite their demure personalities, the brothers cooly cracked some jokes throughout the night. If you’re a sucker for bluegrass like me, keep your eyes on these guys for the next time they’re in town!
