Musician Adam Friedman has officially hit the road with collaborator Mike Posner, and both will be playing the House of Blues this upcoming Wednesday.
Friedman will be playing in support of his debut EP, Green which reached #6 on the iTunes Pop Chart after playing his single “What If” on one of this season’s The Bachelor episodes. Friedman’s appearance on The Bachelor was the experience of the lifetime. After flying out to the Bahamas, he and his crew spent 3 days paddle boarding, driving golf carts, and enjoying the delicious seafood on the island of Bimini. On the night of the shoot, The Bachelor crew had arranged for them to do a private concert for a bunch of the locals. When playing his single “What If,” Raven and Nick entered and everything went perfectly. According the Friedman, the only way it could have gone better would be if Raven had ditched Nick for him!
Friedman had always enjoyed music growing up, but things changed when he saw a Coldplay concert on the Palladia music channel when he was about 15 years old. Captivated by their rich, booming sound, their expert playing, and their beautiful lighting, he realized it was something he would want to do one day. Fast forward to present day, and Friedman is touring with the likes of Mike Posner.
Friedman sticks pretty close to the recorded material during his live sets, although he sometimes switches out the city during the chorus of “Lemonade” or ad libs during the set to make the experience more personal. One of the songs he is most excited for fans to hear is “Gravity” because he plays keys, guitar, AND drum pad on it. The song has a great vibe that is bound to go over well with concert goers.
