The punk rock duo out of Canada came on stage at The Vic Wednesday night with a fire in their hearts and a spring in their step. I had never seen Japandroids live before, but I was blow away by their unbridled energy which somehow didn’t burn out before their 1.5 hour set was through. Had I not known any better, I would have assumed that their Chicago appearance was the last on their tour, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The duo burned through a grueling 17 song setlist which left everyone in the venue feeling completely spent.
