Have plans for Saturday night?  Looking to release some of your pent up pre- Bears v. Packers energy?  I know it’s barely Monday, but who isn’t already wishing for the weekend?!  Come check out Drowners Saturday night (9/27) at Beat Kitchen—it will be a feast for your eyes, ears, and musical soul (and maybe your belly if you grab an enchilada or three before the show).

Drowners, who manage to seamlessly fuse pop and punk rock, released their first EP in 2013 and quickly started gaining fans.  With the release of their self-titled LP this past January, the band is setting out on their first US headlining Dr. Martens #standforsomething tour.

Drowners will be hosting meet and greets at Dr. Martens stores throughout the tour.  Be at the Chicago store on Milwaukee at 6:00pm to get pictures, autographs, limited edition tour posters, and enter to win concert tickets and other prizes!

Doors open at 7:30pm and openers Bully and Burndoubt start at 8:30.  This may be the last time you will be able to see Drowners in such an intimate venue, so get your tickets asap!  For ticket info, click here.
