“This isn’t just the making of our most ambitious album…this is a love letter to the history of American music.” — Dave Grohl
The new Foo Fighters documentary “Sonic Highways” is set to make its HBO debut on Friday, October 17th. The show chronicles the band’s journey through the vibrant music history of America. At each of the 8 stopovers, the band explores the city’s unique impact on modern music and works alongside famous musicians from the area. Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick recorded with the Foo Fighters in Chicago and appears on their new album of the same name.
